4. On the monitor settings, change the value on the screen refresh rate to be higher, say to 75 Hertz or 85 Hertz. Then click OK

If you use the monitor type CRT (tube) then the value is the recommended refresh rate of 75 Hz or more. But if you can show your monitor refresh rate with a higher value then you can change according to it.
